Every swim is safety-briefed and led by qualified guides, so beginners and seasoned swimmers can share the same stretch of water. Pick a date, bring your kit, and we'll handle the rest.

How a typical session runs

From the moment you arrive at the shore to the warm drink afterwards — here's what to expect on the day.

1

Arrival & welcome

Meet at the beach, sign in, and get to know your guide and fellow swimmers before we head down to the water.

2

Safety briefing

We talk through the day's conditions, water temperature, entry and exit points, and the signals we use in the water.

3

Acclimatise & enter

A controlled, unhurried entry so your body adjusts to the cold properly — never a sudden plunge.

4

Guided swim

Swim within the marked area at your own pace while guides keep watch from the water and the shore.

5

Safe exit

We bring everyone out together and check in on how each swimmer is feeling before leaving the water.

6

Warm up & natter

Layer up, share a hot drink, and unpack the science of what cold water just did for you.
