Nobody is thrown in at the deep end here. Every session starts with a safety briefing on the beach, and our qualified, first-aid-trained guides stay in the water with you from your first toe-dip to your first full immersion.
You'll find swimmers of every shape, age and ability — some chasing the science-backed buzz of cold water, others simply here for the salt, the laughs and the flask of tea afterwards. Bring a swimsuit and a towel; we'll handle the rest.
